Autodata subscribers continued to dominate the top accolades at the annual Motor Codes UK Garage of the Year Awards, held last month in London.
Crescent Motoring from Burton on Trent in Staffordshire fought off nationwide competition to scoop the top prize, whilst at a regional level winners included Alexanders Prestige Ltd and Anderson Clark of Inverness, who won Scottish Garage of the Year.
The competition highlights the best-rated garages in each of the regions, and is an opportunity for motorist to recognise the excellent workmanship and first class customer service available from garages right across the country.
Steve Tallett, Managing Director at Crescent Motoring, said: “To receive this award for a second time is a fantastic achievement and as you can imagine we are feeling very proud right now. It is great to know our customers have supported us in this way. We have always worked hard to build and maintain a good reputation and winning this award will only increase customer confidence.
“As a company we will try and use this accolade to promote our garage and continue to spread the word about Motor Codes and all it stands for. I hope that present and future customers will be reassured of the level of service and commitment from the whole team.”
Graham Clark, Managing Director at Anderson Clark Motor Repairs, added: “I am absolutely delighted that my company has been recognised and acknowledged with this award. It is a great accolade for us to have achieved and it is no coincidence that we are in the headlines once again. These awards are thanks to the dedication and hard work of the entire team here.”
Steven Cawood, Aftersales Manager at Alexanders Prestige Ltd, said: “I was delighted to receive the news that we had been crowned Independent Garage of the Year in Yorkshire for the third year running. This is testament to the dedication of our team here, and the pure passion and professionalism shown to each and every one of our valued clients.”
Rod Williams, Autodata Chief Executive, added: “For a number of years these awards have recognised those workshops operating at the pinnacle of the aftermarket industry and I am delighted that some of our subscribers have once again been successful.
“Working with independent garages on a daily basis, I understand first hand the hard work, commitment and professionalism of workshops right across the UK, and it is tremendous to see this effort and quality of service being rewarded.”
